About this Opportunity
Reporting directly to the Retrieval Nursing Director, as the Flight Nurse Manager in Adelaide, you will actively contribute as a member of a collaborative Flight Nursing Leadership Team.
You will be responsible for leading, developing and resourcing the Flight Nursing team to ensure the provision of safe, kind and effective patient care.
About You
You are:
- An experience leader with outstanding communication, problem solving and conflict resolution skills
- An individual who leads by example and fosters workplace environments that develop and enhance staff potential
- A strong relationship builder who can work within a multi-disciplinary team and has a thorough understanding of cross-cultural diversity
- A competent Flight Nurse with the ability to review and enhance models of patient care
